CONFERENCE CHECK-IN //

You'll need to check-in when you get to MyGen to pick up your rego pass and your goody bag. Registrations open at 1pm so make sure you get there early to avoid the queue.

REGISTRATIONS //

Conference registrations cannot be accepted without full payment. Pre-conference registrations close Monday 11th January 2010 at 5pm. On day registrations will then be accepted in person from 1pm on Tuesday 12th January at the full conference registration price.

FOOD //

Food is not provided with your registration, so make sure you bring either food or money. Food (both meals and snacks) and beverages will be available to buy during the day (before and after the sessions) as well as before the session each night.

SPONSORSHIP //

We appreciate the generosity of young people in supporting other young people to come to MyGen. If you wish to sponsor someone to come, please complete a registration form. You can nominate someone specifically or allow the MyGen team to find someone suitable to receive sponsorship.

REFUND POLICY //

Your registration is non-refundable, however if your plans change, you can transfer your registration to someone else.
