How to Report

You only need to report on your connect group at the beginning, middle and end of the connect group semester.

VIA SMART PHONE
[RECOMMENDED]
1. LOGIN
via 'report here' link below
2. CLICK ON 'CONNECT GROUP REPORTING'
Click on your group
3. CLICK ON 'ADD MEETING'
Enter your most recent meeting
4. CLICK 'ATTENDANCE'
Tick the names of those who have attended this month (not just for that particular meeting)
5. Click 'Feedback Form'
Select ‘Feedback Form’ + Answer the questions
8. click 'update' - and you're done!
VIA DESKTOP
1. LOGIN
via 'report here' link below
Ensure you choose 'Member'
2. CLICK ON 'CONNECT GROUPS'
3.  Click on pencil icon in the row of your group's name.
(Situated on the right hand side of screen)
4.  SCROLL DOWN TO VIEW LISTED MEMBERS
Take note of any members not listed
5. add any new members not listed if required
How to: click on blue 'actions' tab - top left
click on 'add members'
Click silhouette of person next to 'MEMBER'
type members name + press 'enter'
when name appears, must click on tick icon to add person to your group
click 'save'
(IF THE PERSON IS NOT YET IN THE DATABASE CONTACT YOUR LOCATION TO ADD FIRST)
6. Add Meeting and add today's date
How to: click on blue 'actions' tab - top left
click on 'add meeting'
choose today's date + save
5. take attendance and leave feedback
Click 'all recorded meetings'
Find date you just entered + click the pencil icon
Fill in data: tick people who regularly attended throughout semester + complete feedback form
click 'update' - and you're done!
